Located in a discreet Georgian terrace, just off Brighton's seafront, the grade II listed building offers 12 en-suite rooms, with rates ranging from Â£100 to Â£220 per night that includes continental breakfast, together with a 70's lounge-chic cocktail bar, and a fabulous in-house restaurant.
Each room is en-suite with trevi power showers and molton brown toiletries.
the rooms also include: fogarty goose and duck down duvets and pillows, reylon beds, hair-dryers, telephones, blanch house mineral water and coffee and tea making facilities. all rooms have flat screen televisions and DVD players.
The award-winning cocktail bar is located on the ground floor of the 5-storey building and offers an eclectic range of superbly-made cocktails.
The owner, Chris Edwards has managed many renowned bars, restaurants and clubs in London, including the groucho club, the pharmacy, as well as opening the jazz cafe, the atlantic, and the ge club for conran. his cocktail skills have been described as 'legendary' by those in the know and with over 30 years experience in the industry it was only a matter of time before he opened his own quality venue.
The bar at blanch house was one of the four finalists for best bar in Britain at the class awards (the bartenders bible), winners of best bar team as well as winner of best cocktail offering in the UK and best customer service in the UK.
The bar is open to the public and open later for the hotel residents.

The restaurant at blanch house is an in-house affair. all involved are dedicated to excellence in food, service and wines but with no pretensions. you can sit back and take pleasure in the relaxed atmosphere of dinner at your best friends house while enjoying innovative food, attentive and personal service, and superb wine and cocktail lists.
The menu changes with the seasons and availability to ensure that only the freshest high quality produce is used. meat, dairy products and other ingredients are locally sourced and organic where possible. fish is from the local day boats when available.
